Suppressor Covers

A suppressor cover – also known as a mirage cover – prevents heat rising from a hot suppressor from causing the visual distortion that blurs the sight picture, especially after rapid or repeated fire. It also protects the user and gear from burns and helps the suppressor cool down more efficiently. Particularly useful in precision shooting and hunting where consecutive shots heat the suppressor significantly.
