RetroArms SR25 Tappet Plate - CNC POM

The RetroArms SR25 Tappet Plate – CNC POM is a premium quality tappet plate designed specifically for SR25-style Version 2 Long gearboxes. This precision CNC machined tappet plate is made from a wear-resistant and flexible POM (Ertacetel-C) plastic, and solves the issues of tappet dimensional accuracy that occur in molded parts.

Unlike standard injection-molded nozzle plates, RetroArms' version is CNC-milled directly from a POM plastic blank. This allows for a perfectly straight and dimensionally accurate design, especially at the critical point in front of the nozzle. Injection-molded plates often experience deformation and angular misalignment, requiring additional nozzle length adjustment. RetroArms' CNC plate eliminates this problem completely – the nozzle angle remains precisely aligned and straight.

The material used, Ertacetel-C (POM), offers excellent durability, flexibility and impact resistance even in tuned gearboxes, making the part an ideal choice for SR25 assemblies where performance and reliability are crucial.
