Specna Arms M203 40mm grenade launcher - short

A metal short-style M203 grenade launcher manufactured by Specna Arms.

The Specna Arms M203 grenade launcher can be mounted directly on the weapon (M4/M16) on the lower handguard using the so-called barrel mount or with the included adapter on the weapon's RIS/picatinny rail. 40 mm ball grenades must be purchased separately.

The original prototype of the device, the M203, is a 40 mm grenade launcher developed in the United States in the 1960s. The M203 grenade launcher was developed in Vietnam as an excellent replacement for the M79 "Blooper" grenade launcher, which required a separate backup weapon for the shooter. The M203 can be attached to the handguard of an M16 or M4 assault rifle, for example, eliminating the need for an additional weapon.
