Gerber Controller 10"

The Gerber Controller 10" filleting knife was designed in collaboration with experienced fishermen - the result is an extremely precise and practical filleting knife for demanding fish processing. The long, thin and slightly flexible blade makes filleting fish smooth and controlled. The blade material is stainless and durable 9Cr18MoV steel, which is known for its excellent sharpness and ease of cleaning thanks to its polished surface.

The 10-inch version is designed specifically for larger fish, but the Controller series also offers 6” and 8” options for different needs – the right size filleting knife is an essential part of successful fish processing.

The handle is made from a durable and grippy combination of FRN plastic and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which provides a firm grip even in wet conditions. The textured surface and ergonomic finger grooves further improve control, and the thumb groove on the top of the handle provides additional precision when cutting.

The included plastic sheath is practical and hygienic: generous ventilation holes allow for rinsing and quick drying. The knife is securely fastened inside the sheath with a buckle, and comes with both a belt loop and a sturdy clip - easy to attach to a backpack, belt or equipment pocket. There is an integrated sharpening iron inside the sheath, which helps the knife stay sharp even in the field.
