An affordable open magazine pouch for rifle caliber magazines (including AR-15) that allows for quick magazine changes. The pouch is similar to the HSGI TACO pouch, open at the top, with polymer guides on the sides that hold the magazine inside and make it easier and faster to pull the magazine out and put it back in. The entire package is tied together with an elastic band, the tension of which can be adjusted. The pouch is MOLLE compatible, and has straps on the back that attach to PALS loops.
